Pakhi is a blue peacock living in the tropical forests of India. Pakhi’s tailfeathers, which he has over 200 of, make up 60% of his body length when they are relaxed, making him over 7 feet long! Pakhi uses his beautiful tailfeathers to get the attention of female peacocks, called peahens, whom he dazzles by fanning out his beautiful plumage for them to see!
