Shipping Policy:

Our New Baby! offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $75.* Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 for orders under $75. All furniture and gliders are excluded from our free shipping promotion. Free in-store pickup is available for most items. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours of furniture order placement with a delivery or freight quote. Please see our Furniture Delivery Options for further details.

Standard (non-expedited) shipments will be sent USPS or FedEx Ground. In-Stock orders shipped with standard delivery will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase and will typically arrive 3-6 business days from the day they were shipped. Expedited shipment options are available at an additional cost to you.
Please provide a street address with your order, as we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Incorrect shipping addresses, payment issues, and shipping company failures due to weather or emergency may result in delays beyond our control.
We ship to locations in the contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to California, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO or FBO addresses. Those orders with shipping addresses from these locations will be cancelled.
